    Not An Ordeal

Domestic Cleaning- Not An Ordeal by Joanna Harris
in Home / Home Repair (submitted 2009-09-08)

No matter what we do during the day, we start and end at our home, with our family. Coming back home, from work or vacation, is always blissful. It gives a peace of mind, a sense of belonging. But what if you find your house is been intruded by rodents? The roaches feeding on your kitchen gives you a heart sinking feel. You never want to share your wardrobe with termites. Keeping all the intruders away from your home requires regular domestic cleaning.

Domestic cleaning is a tedious and never ending job. Kitchen, living room or bathroom, not even a single corner of the house can be left unattended. Following some tips and practices makes the job less dreary.

Cleaning begins with sweeping out the dust and the weapon used here is a brush or a hoover. The tip is: pick the correct brush. Choose a long handled brush for wiping off all the spider webs from the corners. The rotating brush is perfect for cleaning the carpet

TweetOMatic Profiteer Review by Marquis Van De Mark
in Website Promotion / Online Promotion (submitted 2010-05-19)

You have come to the right spot if your scouring the web for a TweetOMatic Profiteer review.

Let me be up front with you, I am not going to give you a lot of Nonsense and B.S. similar to some of the other reviews you could have already read…

THE Reality IS: Finding a straight truthful review over the internet these days is like striking the state lottey, you have a better chance at getting struck by lightning…

The only thing people want to do these days is just make money…

What the heck is TweetOMatic Profiteer anyhow?

Well these 2 internet “experts” Imran S and Mike Wright, developed this software package in March of 2010. The both of them came up with a strategy to make money with Twitter without getting your account banished.

These 2 experts created an automated software technique that does 95% of your tasks in your Twitter accounts.

Before I purchased anything I like to know the track record of these 2 gurus before I pull out my wallet and spend some money. Did their prior programs make any money?

The reports show, a big YES. They made an absolute fortune promoting Clickbank products. However so have other people. The real truth is, a lot of people already know about targeting traffic to market and sell thier products. What made me sit up and take notice was the way it was automated. I have to give these guys a hats off Imran S and Mike Wright – They made this Twittering a lot more convenient.

I mean you could possibly do it yourself, but by automating the process, it makes it more manageable for just about anybody.

Thus just what are you gonna get with TweetOmatic Profiteer?

Plainly, you get a really neat software that let’s you automate your Twitter building list, follow the users you want to and unfollow the Twitters that don’t follow you back…all done automatically.

You can then regulate your clickbank affiliate campaign from the same dashboard interface.

The bottomline pros and cons of TweetOMatic Profiteer

The fact is if you have struggled at selling Clickbank products before, then this won’t make it any better. On the other hand, if you have already been successful and want to kick it up a level TweetOMatic can work for you.

Look to keep it real, TweetOMatic will not take a beginner and make them prosperous overnight

Bill to hit ' financial guts' of child abuse

Bill to hit ‘ financial guts’ of child abuse

0 Comments | South Wales Evening Post, Jul 17, 2010 | by ANDREW ALEXANDER

A SWANSEA MP is hoping to pass a law cracking down on child pornography sold on the internet.

Geraint Davies has already gathered cross-party support for his plan, which would see credit card companies given heavy fines for allowing their customers to buy illegal images online.

The Swansea West MP, who launches his bill in the Commons next week, said: “Behind every image is an individual crime of child abuse tragically immortalised on the web.

“My bill aims to remove the financial guts from the perverted market for images of child abuse. Such action will make it difficult for would-be viewers of child pornography to gain access, thus reducing the financial momentum of child abuse. Credit card companies potentially make enormous profits through these degrading transactions.”

A Parliamentary motion on the subject has already attracted support from more than 50 MPs, including Llanelli MP Nia Griffith. The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (Ceop) welcomed Mr Davies’s campaign.

A spokesman said: “Ceop leads the European Financial Coalition, which brings together organisations from across all key sectors to track, disrupt and confiscate the commercial gain by those profiting from the distribution of child abuse images.

“Any action which limits the distribution of these horrific images is welcome, and Ceop already works closely with the major financial payment providers, many of whom have dedicated resources to prevent their products being misused by those wishing to profit from the exploitation of children, to this end.” Enough Is Enough, the online site dedicated to combating images of abuse and sexual exploitation, reports that worldwide pornography revenue in 2006 was more than Pounds 63 billion.

But Ceop warned the trade had moved away from selling images for cash in recent years

Phoenix Realty Group Sees Renewed Opportunity in California’s Inland Empire – Makes $31.5 Million Purchase of Three Apartment Properties

Phoenix Realty Group Sees Renewed Opportunity in Californias Inland Empire Makes $31.5 Million Purchase of Three Apartment Properties

    Business Wire, July 22, 2010

    • Total of 424 units purchased in Riverside and San Bernardino counties
    • Positioning now for growing demand as the market recovers

    LOS ANGELES — Phoenix
Realty Group (PRG) has announced the purchase of 424 apartment units
in Fontana and Riverside, Calif. on behalf of its institutional real
estate fund targeting workforce housing in Southern California. Urban
housing is a lynchpin for real estates recovery and the hard-hit rental
markets surrounding Los Angeles have started to stabilize as job losses
bottom out, said Edward J. Ratinoff, PRGs managing director, national
acquisitions. Rents appear to be at the low point in the cycle, and we
see this as an opportune time to leverage our available capital and
agency financing experience to acquire assets with inherent potential,
    he said.

Cielo Vista, with 120 garden-style apartments in six buildings in
Fontana, was acquired for $11.7 million, amounting to a 35 percent
discount on a distressed construction loan for the two-year-old
property. In the city of Riverside, the Arlington and Evergreen
apartment communities, containing 304 units in 24 buildings, were
acquired for $19.8 million, representing a capitalization rate in the
high 7% range. All three properties will utilize Freddie Mac financing.

We see demand for Inland Empire rental resurfacing in 2011. As
unemployment levels off, there will be less need for people to double up
with friends and family, explained Alex Saunders, PRG senior vice
    president

Arizona Real Estate Buyers & Sellers Forecast 10% Increase in Property Values in 2007, According to Arizona Tax Liens.com

    Business Wire, Jan 3, 2007

Tucson to increase 13.5%, Phoenix 11.1%, Prescott 10.3%, Flagstaff 9.8%, Sedona 9%, Buckeye 8.5% and Lake Havasu City 8.2%

LOS GATOS, Calif. — In Q4 2006, Arizona Tax Liens.com surveyed 5,000 buyers and sellers of Arizona real estate to determine what they expected of Arizona property values in 2007. The survey showed that buyers and sellers foresee an increase of 10% in Arizona property values in 2007 due to the large number of people immigrating to Arizona, which is being fueled by high tech and biotech job growth in Tucson & Phoenix, low housing costs and baby boomers buying their retirement homes.

Of the 5,000 people surveyed, 59% planned on buying real estate in Arizona in 2007, 32% planned on selling in 2007, 8% already own and do not plan on selling in 2007 and 1% do not own and are not buying in 2007.

52% of the buyers surveyed plan on buying in Tucson, 29% plan on buying in Phoenix, 12% plan on buying in Flagstaff, 4% plan on buying in Prescott and the remaining 3% plan on buying in other areas of Arizona.

69% of the sellers surveyed plan on selling in Phoenix, 21% plan on selling in Tucson, 5% plan on selling in Flagstaff, 1% plan on selling in Prescott and the remaining 4% plan on selling in other areas of Arizona.

Buyers and sellers ranked Tucson as having the best appreciation (13.5%) for the following reasons:

    * High Paying Jobs: Tucson has a large and growing number of biotech and high tech jobs – 26,500 jobs added in 2007.

    * Affordable Housing: attracting California immigrants

    * Population Growth: Tucson population reached 1 million in November 2006 and is expected to increase 25,000 to 30,000 a year up until the 2 million mark.

    * Downtown Tucson Revitalization: The Rio Nuevo Project is bringing new attractions, housing, commercial development and restaurants to Downtown Tucson.

    * High End Home Demand: Strong interest from buyers of high-end condos being built in downtown Tucson for $300,000 to $1 million.

Buyers and sellers ranked Phoenix as having the second best appreciation thanks to the number of good paying jobs, continued investment of businesses in the area and the expected population growth up until 2010.

Israel hits back after Cameron refers to Gaza as a prison camp

0 Comments | Herald, The; Glasgow (UK), Jul 28, 2010 | by KATE DEVLIN UK

PRIME Minister David Cameron’s first official visit to India was last night in danger of being overshadowed by a row with Israel after he described Gaza as a prison camp.

Cameron has led a wide- ranging delegation of politicians, business leaders and sports stars on the trip designed to drum up business in India.

UK ministers believe that greater links with the country’s fast- growing economy could help boost Britain’s financial recovery.

However, the Prime Minister was facing growing anger over his comments from Israel, which insisted that the people of Gaza were prisoners of “the terrorist organisation Hamas”.

Meanwhile, an interview given by Vince Cable, the Business Secretary, to an Indian website led to allegations of a rift within the coalition on immigration.

Cameron’s comments on Gaza had come earlier in the day during a visit to Turkey, which has had strained relations with Israel since the country’s troops boarded ships bound for Gaza earlier this year, killing eight Turks and one Turkish- American.

The attack was “completely unacceptable”, the Prime Minister said, adding: “Gaza cannot and must not be allowed to remain a prison camp.”

Within hours, a spokesman for the Israeli embassy in London had hit back, insisting that Hamas, which won elections in Gaza in 2006, was responsible for conditions there, not the Israelis. “The situation in Gaza is the direct result of Hamas’s rule and priorities,” he said.

As well as Cameron, six Government ministers arrived in India last night, along with business leaders as disparate as the heads of JCB and the London Stock Exchange.

Olympic heroes Sir Steve Redgrave and Dame Kelly Holmes have also made the trip, in recognition of the fact that India is due to hold the Commonwealth Games later this year.

Cable suggested the trip could be the first of many as ministers look to foreign trade to help boost economic recovery.

However, his comments that Britain wanted to have as liberal an immigration policy as possible appeared to be at odds with the Tory politicians, who want to cut the number of immigrants from hundreds of thousands a year to just tens of thousands.

Cable said: “It’s no great secret that in my department and me personally, we want to see an open economy, and as liberal an immigration policy as it’s possible to have.

“We are arguing, within Government, about how we create the most flexible regime we can possibly have, but in a way that reassures the British public.”

This is because doing so can provide access to some of the best deals and the lowest prices for quality goods. However, people who tap the second-hand market are not only given access to lower prices on products like appliances and clothes. Nowadays, people looking for a good price on software can also tap the used market. This is especially true for billing software because as companies expand, the billing software that they use needs to be replaced to accommodate the expansion, meaning that they have to replace their existing software. However, getting used software requires that you take the necessary steps to ensure that you are getting good quality software for your money.

    Tips on buying used software

To get good quality used billing software, there are a number of steps that you can take to help you. They usually involve employing the same amount of meticulousness, if not a little more compared to when you buy brand new software.

But it’s quite possible that you’ll pay $25 just to borrow $100 for a few days. You’ll very quickly find yourself in even more trouble if you take on a payday loan – they’re probably the worst type of loan available for people with poor credit.

It’s really important to read all the fine print of the loan contract when taking out a loan. Although almost anyone with poor credit can get a loan if they spend long enough looking, the reality is that many companies take advantage of that desperation, and charge accordingly. Remember, though, that even reputable companies are going to charge you a higher interest rate, simply to cover their risk. You need to try and work out which companies are charging enough to cover their risk, and which ones are just trying to rip you off. Always check the loan company out at the Better Business Bureau’s website. Make sure you understand that if you default on a poor credit loan, your chances of getting a loan again will basically dissolve.
